Permanent magnet motor vector control

22/05/2015

Triol Corporation’s variable speed drives AK06 controls permanent magnet motors in wells. Due to specified software it implements “smart hardware” function.

Software’s on-going true-up allows getting a huge advantage from technical process due to control algorithm implementation.

The software for variable speed drive for permanent magnet motors is developed in such a way so you can get necessary information about VFD installation and its actual parameters at any likely time.

Electric motor vector control is realized for UMKA controller in upgraded software release 49.50. Such solution allows controlling electric submersible pumps (ESP) more precise and safe. Thanks to “Vector control” interface you can easily install motor and transformer needed parameters.
