Variable Speed Drive (VSD) AK06 series is designed to control and protect electric submersible and surface pumps with induction and permanent magnet motors. Triol AK06 VSD solution combines unique technical characteristics, the highest operating qualities, and excellent reliability. Triol AK06 VSD is represented by 6 lines, each of which was created for definite segment of the global oil production industry. The lines differ from each other in the cabinet enclosure type and the power requirements at the VSD input.   • Operation on the assigned time program with separately programmable times of ESM on and off state;
  • Smooth acceleration and deceleration of ESM at a given rate;

  • Start with buildup;

  • at an unacceptable pressure in the pipeline (according to the signals of the contact pressure gauge);
  • when the specified parameters of the downhole measuring system are exceeded;
  • in case of power modules overheating;
  • in case of deviation of the mains power supply voltage (if this deviation leads to an unacceptable current overload with the possibility of reclosing after voltage recovery);
  • for overcurrent protection
  • when the protection of the power tongs of the electric drive is triggered;
  • at overload (in accordance with the programmable ampere – second characteristic);
  • at unacceptable reduction in the insulation resistance of Cable-ESM system;
