Triol Corporation presented in Nuremberg the smallest medium-voltage Variable Frequency Drive AT27 ED line!
The AT27 VFD ED Line not only features smaller dimensions 📏 compared to other AT27 VFD lines, and is the most compact medium voltage VFD in the world (you can read about it here: https://lnkd.in/eBCimKrS ) but also has a new control system with high reliability!
By using optical fiber for data transmission, the new control system enables signal acceleration 📈 and fast operation, which is important for industrial automation applications, ensuring that control commands and feedback signals reach their destinations quickly. It will also help customers in their manufacturing processes where accuracy and responsiveness are important.
The new VFD AT27 control system has higher efficiency than the previous generation, the 𝐕𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 allows customers to monitor 💻 motor operation and select the optimum parameters to control the motor at a given torque.
At the time of ordering the drive, the customer has the opportunity to select a set of options that is necessary for the realization of a particular project, for example, if the drive is used for offshore applications, where it is necessary to control valve motors and requires a higher degree of protection. Or for simpler projects where these options can be dispensed with and the cost of the equipment can be reduced.
The versatility and compactness of Triol AT27 ED line VFDs allow for easy integration into any technological process 💡 . For the customer's convenience, the new control system will include specially written control algorithms for controlling motors and equipment for the following industries: 𝐇𝐕𝐀𝐂 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐬, 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐄𝐒𝐏, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐫, 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.
Three lines of Low Voltage VFD also were presented. Among the features was the ability of remote control and setting up, using app for phone or tablet.
